I’ve moved out!
Ok well, here I am, typing this from my brand new apartment in Orem. I gotta say, it’s pretty nice. My private room is larger than the shared I was in before, my bedroom’s window is larger than the living room of my previous residence and my closet is like 10 feet by 8 feet. It’s gigantic.
I’ve currently got 2 roommates(still one empty room). I’ve hardly met either of them. They’re both like 26 years old, at least one is mormon, and they work a lot /shrug. They’re very clean and neat, so that’s honestly all I care about. They’re on one side of the apartment so I’ve got a bathroom to myself for the time being. Anyway, lots of nice stuff.
David was supposed to move into the room next to mine until he found out(the day of move-in) that he was supposed to pay 840 bucks upfront. So now he’s not. I was pissed.
I need more stuff though. I thought I had a lot…. like 10 boxes worth of stuff! But I’ve hardly filled half my room and about a fourth of the closet! I need to buy pictures or art or something to make it feel more homely. Right now it’s just a lot of very high white walls. Seriously, I’ve got like a 10 foot high bedroom ceiling. It rocks.
